INDIVIDUAL LESSONS

Advance payment is required for all sessions. The number of sessions in each payment block will be agreed with each individual, parent or guardian/class depending on the frequency and format of the classes.

24hrs notice is required for changes or cancellations. Classes are chargeable within this timeframe, however if a suitable alternative can be found within the same week this may be offered at the tutor's discretion. Lesson changes cannot be deferred to subsequent weeks. In the event of tutor cancellation classes will be rescheduled or credited.

4 lessons notice is required in the event of stoppage of a regular or weekly class. Lessons within this time frame are chargeable.

GROUPS/WORKSHOPS

Advance booking is required. Fees are payable per term and are non-refundable/non-transferable once booked.

Participants should only use the designated facilities for the activity

Participation of under 16's is by agreement and parental consent. Under 16's must stay on site within the designated facilities for the duration of the activity and should be dropped off/met by a responsible adult. If this is not the parent or guardian the group leader should be advised.

The group leader should be advised of any medical conditions or access needs and an emergency contact number provided on booking.
